Let me tell you about myself.......

I haven't always been connected with my body. 

My most traumatic event was suffering from anorexia when I was 14 years old. My mother saved me and I was able to finally wake up. All I ever craved was my mothers love and once I received that, the process of healing started. I found my calling, this is why I am here with you now.

 

Through my experience I developed a deep passion to share my holistic approach that strengthens and helps to tune's into your Mind and Body, to finally create the body that you love.  

 

I have walked the path from being disconnected to deep connection with my own body. 

 I have been in your shoes.

I was going through from:

  •  NO eating to Yo-Yo dieting to LOVING relationship with food

  • Jogging like crazy every day, in a fasting state - to applying specific effective exercises you don't have to spend hours for. 

  • Not knowing how mind and body works to apply alternative methods to gain phenomenal results straight to the point.

  • Not Loving Myself to Loving myself more  and more  -day by day. 

  • From Self-Criticism to deep Self-Love, Body Love and Self- Respect

 

90% of people who start a program, never get results and ultimately quit when they are on their own. 

 

They lack ACCOUNTABILITY and most importantly SUPPORT. 

 

For life changing habits to be formed you need:

 After working with Inese I have lost weight. I have become more active again, and my self esteem and self image has gradually improved. I did not just lose weight working with Inese. I also let go of many outdated, limited beliefs about myself and who I am. I have learned about the importance of self love and self acceptance, and how important it is to put yourself first and live an authentic life.

Inese also taught me that eating healthy can actually be easy and fun. You just have to be open to try out something new. Food is so much more than nutrition.
