What did it take for me to become fully qualified?
It takes 500 hours to study to become a certified Transformational Breath facilitator.
Of these, 385 hours are spent during the training weeks,
apprenticeship by staffing at TBr events and practice sessions.
The rest is spent in home study.
To be honest with you, it felt like a long long marathon, but it was so worth the journey, to now be able to help other women that are ready to shed the weight off and release the stuck energy, emotions to connect with the higher frequency energy that is available to each and every one of us.
Transformational Breath® belongs to the group of Conscious, Connected Breathing techniques developed by Judith Kravitz in the 1970s.

In the restricted Breathing pattern that we all have.
Restricted breathing can be caused by an emotional upset.
We tend to hold our breath to prevent ourselves from feeling unwanted emotions
Making us overwhelmed and when this becomes habitual we lose the ability to breathe deeply and connect to our bodies and ourselves.
DISCONNECTED from our BODY and our TRUE SELF.
Restricted Breathing may show up in physical illness, general lack of energy, or feeling emotionally drained.

This is where Transformational Breath® comes in, encouraging a full diaphragmatic breath throughout the session.
As a fully trained facilitator I would observe your breath and see physically where your breath is being held. I will use simple techniques adjusting the position of the body, gentle hands-on pressure, sound and positive affirmations to help the breath to open up and flow more freely.
This, coupled to a specific breath pattern, can clear negativity in your subconscious mind and help you to feel lighter, happier and more peaceful.
Your breath will begin to flow more freely at all times - this can bring you better health, mental clarity, emotional freedom and resilience, manifesting the life you desire.
This technique is suitable for people of all ages, from newborn to old age, including Pregnant Women.
Transformational Breath® is not a medical therapy and makes no claims to cure medical conditions. However, it does remove the underlying emotional causes of many conditions and some clients report symptoms clearing up after just a few sessions.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE SESSION EXACTLY
You will be suggested to wear loose, comfortable clothing.
It is advisable not to eat a heavy meal immediately prior to a session, nor to drink alcohol during that day, including any stimulants such as caffeine or cigarette smoking.
Since integration still is in the process 48h after the session, don’t plan any massive social events 48h after the session or simply catching up with a friend.
You will be asked to fill up the form prior to the session on your first day.
Prior to the session - we will bring to light the specific area of your life that you desire the change - we will set a powerful intention that will be worked on during the session.

An initial session usually lasts about two hours. It begins by finding out what you want from the breath, some details about your health and wellbeing.
All sessions are confidential and completely safe
The technique will be explained in full by me
You will sit or lie down in a comfortable space
A breathing analysis will be done to establish a positive Intention before going into the full breathing session.
You will be facilitated through the session. Guidance is given on how to breathe into a connected rhythm and skilled techniques will be used to help you achieve a fully open breathing pattern.
With your permission, pressure or body mapping will be applied to certain areas of the body to release tension, as you continue breathing
Toning and movement is very restorative - used to relax the breath. You might be asked to reset your breath during the session, by using sound and movement.
You will continue to use the Transformational Breath® pattern for around 45 minutes
There is then time for deep relaxation where you lie for 15 minutes to allow the process to integrate and complete- open for receiving- while continuing to breathe in a connected manner.
I will bring you back into your body by playing a singing bowl and using Koshi Wind Chimes, to bring the positive energy to heal your body by creating a 3D experience , reminding you of the gentle sound of water.
at the end of session..
You will have time at the end to share your personal Journey.
As well as with your permission, I will share what I have seen in your breath that is relevant and important for you to know at that time.
Following my intuitive Calling I will provide you with a small homework - till our next session we meet again, that will be aligned with the theme of your Breath session and to promote the healing process with necessary action steps.
