I managed to go back to my pre-pregnancy state and helped me to get back to my favourite HIIT Sessions within 1 years time.  Inese provided good education of the importance of working on the pelvic floor, deep core muscles, posture exercises which were at a  slow pace, but it helped me to get desired results for the fast recovery. I could feel my core getting stronger and now I can see my abs now. Working on Posture exercises was so effective to avoid the mum's posture.

I have worked with hundreds of women from the news of their pregnancy to their due date after the date for the recovery process and beyond.  

If you are reading this, then firstly I am sending you my warm Congratulations! You are entering in the most magical lifetime of creating another beautiful soul.

 A new phase of your life is about to start, which will show you just how strong as a woman you really are!

As women, we have been known throughout history for unconditional love, compassion, kindness, patience, intuition, and providing physical and emotional nurturing. These feminine characteristics are the traits of the divine feminine, and putting them into practice will infuse pregnancy and motherhood with deep spiritual meaning.

 

From my experience, most Mums get stronger during and after the pregnancy than they were before and it is all to do with the consistent commitment taking action and focusing on specific muscle groups that will assist during the magical  journey.

To me, pregnancy is one of the most magical moments of creation for a woman in her lifetime, but I do know that it can leave you feeling tired, emotional and different from your usual, vibrant you. 

This is one of the most important times in your life to lean on experts to help you to navigate all the changes to your body, mind and soul.

Why is it important to gain strength while pregnant? 

- easier it will be for you to adapt to your changing shape and weight gain 

- help you to cope with labour and get back into shape after the birth

I will be next to you during every stage of your nine month pregnancy journey to make sure your breathing and exercising is performed in the most optimal and safest way. To me safety is number one. 

I will assist you to avoid an unexpected aches and pains along the way and get ready for the most magical day of your life ,, the day when you have given life to another being’’.

We will focus on areas like the pelvic floor, core, glutes and other body parts that are very essential in assisting you with the load. 

During each stage of the pregnancy, the training will be adjusted according to the levels of your wellbeing and specific period. I will be taking care of that, so you don’t need to think about it at all. 

 

We can begin your prenatal fitness programme whenever you feel the time is right for you.

 

The intensity level will depend on a number of factors:

- how fit you were before your pregnancy

- how hectic your lifestyle is

 - medical history 

 all of this will be covered in the online consultation.

Inese was recommended by my best Friend Charlotte Symes, that has worked with Inese for over 2 years now, during and after her pregnancy.

I was active before I got pregnant, but I got stronger and fitter during the pregnancy, as soon as I started working with Inese. It was such an amazing feeling.

My core, legs and arms are stronger now. 

 I have tried workouts on apps but they are so more generic. I wanted to get more out of it my workouts by having a more tailored approach, someone that would watch my technique.

The focus on the technique was number one priority. I wanted to make sure I was doing it right and with Inese's help we that achieved together.

Inese also helped me with my breathing. I learnt the right technique.

After pregnancy recovery

After nine months of physical change, you might not feel like yourself. This is natural and normal. You might feel tired and  being active may seem like the last thing you want to do.

But regular activity can relax you, keep you fit and help you feel more energetic. It can also help your body recover after childbirth and may help prevent postnatal depression.

I will help you to carve out that much needed me-time in your week and  will ensure you to have an effective and safe return to exercise with the main focus on strengthening and realigning the body.

From my own experience, in most cases, my mums end up even stronger.

 

I will start with the recovery & repair protocol to awaken the body parts that were going through the most changes like your core and pelvis.

 

Working with the deepest muscle groups, ensures the solid foundation for you to step up to the next level, getting back into pre-pregnancy shape. Core muscle rehab is central to the sessions and suitable for those with more complex recoveries as individual adaptations are given.

If You had a natural birth without any complications normally it is after 6 weeks.

For the C-Section, you might need to wait a little bit longer - up to 8-12 weeks, depending on the healing process. 

 

Since I have worked with mums who have had very different pregnancies, and birth experiences, I can easily adapt to the approach that I feel is right for you.
